Installation Guide

One can install IBus-Braille using any of the following method., If you are using any other Ubuntu based distribution, you can install using PPA

Using Coco-Patcher

If you are using Accessible-Coconut, use Coco-Patcher in System tools menu.
Make sure system is connected to internet, then install or update using script named “update-lios“.

Using PPA

If you are using Ubuntu based distribution, use Ubuntu PPA. Run following commands:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nalin-x-linux/lios
sudo apt-get install -y lios

Using .deb packages

If you are using any other Debian based distribution, download and install latest deb package from Sourceforge page.

Compiling from source

git clone https://github.com/zendalona/lios.git
cd lios

python3 setup.py install –install-data=/usr
